The entrance of this house is characterized by its double height, one of its main aspects. On the ground floor - to the left - we find two flights of stairs. These lead us to the intimate areas of the house - bedrooms and bathroom.

The first haul takes us to the upper floor, which has two rooms - the master bedroom and the bedroom with the bunk bed.

At the same alignment of this stairs haul, we find another one that leads us to a lower floor. This one consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms - with the same size of the master bedroom upstairs, but divided by a bellows door.

To the right of the entrance - at the same level -, we find the kitchen, the living room and the dining room, all with high ceilings and beautiful views towards the outside. Both the upper floor and the lower floor relate to the common areas, leaning on these through a visual set of stairs. These are authentic sculptural objects that enrich the centrality of the house, making the connection between floors in its main points. 

Regarding the outer zone, you can see - on the east side - a wide entrance area with a covered parking place, while at the west side (facing the sea) you can fully enjoy the terrace with privileged access to the beach. This area extends the dining room and provides an ideal resting place for sunbathing, where a rustic granite wall and protects us from the north wind.

The design of this house reflects a clear demand for a sensitive space, with minimum areas, conditioned but accompanied with delicate spatial sensitivity.
